Abstract：Objective：To study the clinical characteristics of young patients with myocardial infarction. Methods：100 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were selected who treated in our hospital from 2014 March to 2015 March， 50 cases of young patients for the observation group， 50 cases of elderly patients for the control group. Coronary angiography， myocardial infarction， clinical manifestation and risk factors of the two groups were pared. Results：In the observation group， CAG as positive patients was mainly single branch lesion， lesion vessels from more to less as follows LCA and RCA and LCX， the formation of collateral circulation and bined with LM lesions were less than that of the control group. Observation group lack of angina pectoris prodrome， multiple burst typical chest pain， the cardiac shock， heart failure and arrhythmia incidence was significantly lower than that of control group （P 1.7mmol/L，TC>5.75mmol/L为升高，身高与体重的比值即为体重指数（BMI），若大于25则为超重[4-6]。 1.3 统计学处理
